Are you planning an event, a conference or a trade fair in Germany, Austria or any other Country inside the EU and need hardware on a rental base? Since 2005 we provide hardware such as laptops, computers, tablets, smartphones, vr-headsets, printers, scanner and much more for events in Germany. With our added project management and technical services, we are able to offer a complete solution to suit your business, educational or exhibition needs.

Before we go more into detail about our products and solutions, we will provide some information about the rental process with us.

Who can rent IT from us:
We will make offers to any (international) company or public institutions which or who is looking to rent hardware for an event that takes place in Germany. We ship our hardware to all german adresses, like Cologne, Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgar, Munich, Dresden, Leipzig, Düsseldorf, Hannover, Bremen, but we do not ship our products outside of Germany.

How does the rental process work?
First you can check our website (only available in german) or see our product listing below. If you’ve found the products you were looking for, please just send us an email containing the following information: Shipping and Invoice address, rental dates (the dates you wish the products to be delivered) and the products you want to rent. In case you don’t know yet which products you need or will fit best, you can just explain your situation and we will find a perfect solution for your needs.

As soon as everything is clear, we will send you an offer by email. If you are happy with what you see, you can print the offer, sign it and send it back to us (e.g. email attachment). Now everything you need to do is just waiting for your products to be delivered. When your event is finished, we arrange the return and send you an invoice. Please note: In some cases we will ask for payment in advance plus deposit.

Software installation
If you want software installed on your rental computers, you can let us know and we will prepare everything before shipping. The costs for software or app installation are 9 € per device.

Hardware rental Products
Computer and PC’s
We do offer a wide range of computers for conferences, trade fairs or other events. Our iMacs are available with 21” and 27” and do have Windows and MAC OSX preinstalled. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and the Sony VAIO Tap 20” perfectly match the special requirements for a mobile screen with touch Display or keyboard. If you are looking for a small computer with an attached screen that’s not Apple branded, you can ask us for a display ranging from 21-27“ and a Mac Mini attached to the back of the screen. For High-End requirements we offer a 15” Dell Alienware Gaming Laptop (VR ready, headsets also available).

Rental Laptops
If your company is seeking for Laptops, we can provide a wide range of different Laptops from business to high-end in large quantities. For basic usage or events with low budget we have our 15” Lenovo ThinkPad G580 and E531 in stock. For something basic with a bit more performance, you can look for our Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E530 with 8GB Ram or our above mentioned Microsoft Surface Pro 4. For even more performance but not last ones coming we recommend our Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E560 15,6” Laptop with 16 GB Ram and Intel Core i7 or our 15” Apple MacBook Pro’s (available with Retina Display, 16 GB Ram, MAC OSX + Windows).
